Geoff has been a personal and leadership development consultant and tutor for more than 10 years. An Eagle Scout and member of the Wyckoff-Midland Park Rotary Club, Geoff has organized and helped lead leadership conferences for organizations like the Boy Scouts of America, and Rotary International's Youth Leadership Award (RYLA) Conference. In 2021, Geoff was awarded the Silver Beaver Award by the Northern New Jersey Council, BSA for outstanding service to youth in Northern New Jersey.

For more than ten years, Geoff has worked as a tutor and development mentor for middle school, high school, and college students. Geoff specializes in working with young professionals seeking to grow in leadership, time management, and personal organization skills.

Geoff also has vast depth in small business and non-profit leadership. Geoff has helped restructure and provide leadership and governance to local benevolent societies, youth leadership programs, and international humanitarian projects, including efforts in Bohol, Philippines and Ndola, Zambia. With a keen mind focused on communications, and problem solving, Geoff work with organizations, teams, and leaders to define their vision and map a plan to achieve it.

Geoff is an avid writer, and enjoys any opportunity for adventure and new experiences - particularly when shared with friends.

David is a passionate sports and news broadcaster and writer. A graduate of the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University, David is a prolific storyteller, video editor, writer, and interviewer. Combining his passion for communications and dedication to building others, David has been recognized in his field as a skilled and inspirational leader and team-builder, focusing on problems with a positive and solutions-oriented approach. David is also a proud Isshin-Ryu karate first-degree black belt, enthusiastic badminton and frisbee player, and noted community service volunteer.
